By using the Squawster apps or website you agree to these terms and to the Broadcastify and RadioReference terms that govern the underlying audio and data.

Acceptable use

Squawster provides access to publicly available radio audio and incident information for personal, lawful use. You may not scrape, resell, or redistribute the feeds or data except as expressly permitted.

No warranty

Audio, alerts, and incident data are provided “as is,” may be delayed or unavailable, and must not be relied upon for emergency or life-safety decisions. Always call 911 in an emergency.
